Certification Design

This page showcases the certification, badge, and email signature designs I created for our global ILT courses. Learners receive a certificate upon completing the course, along with a badge they can share on LinkedIn and an email signature to highlight their achievement. These designs have been applied across multiple ILT programs, including BLAZE, OnCloud, Audio, and OnCAFE, with additional certifications planned for the future. The visuals also support marketing efforts promoting ILT sessions worldwide.

  • The ILT program needed professional, recognizable certification materials that learners could use to showcase their achievement, while maintaining consistency across multiple programs and regions. Certificates, badges, and signatures also had to work across digital and print formats and align with the company’s branding.

  • I designed a flexible certification system including:

    • A polished course completion certificate

    • A shareable badge optimized for LinkedIn and other social platforms

    • An email badge for learners to display in their signatures

    • A consistent design language that could be repurposed for multiple ILT programs

    • Guidelines to ensure scalability as more certifications are launched

    • Created a globally recognized certification system that celebrates learner achievement

    • Strengthened brand consistency across ILT programs and marketing materials

    • Increased visibility of ILT programs through LinkedIn badge sharing and marketing campaigns

    • Designed a scalable system that is now being applied to multiple courses and will continue to grow with future ILT offerings
