Pinterest LMS

At Pinterest, I managed and enhanced the Learning Management System, Docebo, to create a clear, engaging, and scalable learning experience. I oversaw course uploads and SCORM deployments using Articulate Rise 360, built learning paths and assessments, and maintained weekly webinar updates.

I designed supporting assets using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, developed HTML email communications in Dreamweaver, and edited video using Snagit, and QuickTime. To help standardize workflows across teams, I co-developed an internal LMS admin guide using Coda. You can view it in the presentation below — use the left and right arrow keys to navigate.

Admin Guide

  • Pinterest needed a structured and scalable LMS experience that could support multiple departments, weekly webinars, and a growing catalog of eLearning content. Course uploads, learning paths, notifications, and digital assets required consistent organization and visual cohesion to ensure a seamless learner experience.

As usage expanded, there was also a need for clearer processes, improved engagement, and better alignment between course structure, communications, and overall platform design.

  • I took ownership of LMS administration and learning experience design, managing course uploads, SCORM deployments, learning path creation, and assessment design. I organized training modules for clarity and usability, ensuring content was structured in a way that felt intuitive for learners across departments.

To drive engagement, I developed HTML-based email notifications and reminders, designed custom thumbnail graphics, and updated weekly webinar content to maintain relevance and visibility. I also collaborated cross-functionally to standardize layouts and workflows within the LMS and co-created a comprehensive internal guide to support teams navigating the system’s custom design and structure.
