Hanwha needed eLearning for diverse audiences, including sales teams, internal staff, technicians, and end users. Old courses were built in PowerPoint and iSpring, had inconsistent design, robotic narration, and received low engagement and user ratings. Learners had varying experience levels so the learning needed to work for everyone.

I redesigned the look and feel of all courses and led the transition to Articulate Storyline, moving away from PowerPoint/iSpring. Courses were structured in short, focused modules with visuals, interactivity, and multimedia to support understanding and retention. I also upgraded text-to-speech narration to natural, learner-friendly voiceovers and allowed learners to move through content at their own pace, giving adult learners more ownership and control over their learning. A consistent design framework ensured a professional, cohesive experience across all projects.
