Global Content Localization

This page showcases my work leading global eLearning content localization for Hanwha Vision. I implemented a scalable workflow to translate hundreds of courses into English, Spanish, French, Korean, German, and Japanese, ensuring consistent messaging, accessibility, and engagement for learners across multiple regions. Using Articulate’s AI Localization feature, I collaborated with teams in Japan, Korea, the UK, and LATAM to accelerate translations, maintain quality, and support a seamless multilingual learning experience.

  • Regional LMS usage was low in non-English markets, and translating content manually was time-consuming, inconsistent, and slowing adoption. HQ required a scalable solution to make training accessible, accurate, and timely for global audiences.

  • I led the adoption of Articulate’s AI Localization tool and trained cross-regional teams on best practices. I collaborated with stakeholders in Japan, Korea, the UK, and LATAM to ensure translations were accurate and culturally appropriate. Workflows were established to efficiently translate and deploy hundreds of courses while maintaining instructional and visual consistency.
