Hanwha Vision’s LMS

This page showcases my work designing and launching Hanwha Vision’s LMS in Docebo from the ground up. I led the entire process — from advocating for platform adoption, creating mockups with HQ and global teams, to designing and building every element of the LMS. This includes custom graphics, interactive features, learning plans, catalogs, course maps, thumbnails, color systems, and how-to videos. The platform was built to be accessible to multiple regions, with localized graphics and scalable design. I am recognized as the subject matter expert for the LMS, having designed and overseen every aspect of the learner experience.

  • Hanwha Vision had an existing LMS, but it was inefficient, difficult to navigate, and not scalable for global teams. Learners struggled to find courses, content was inconsistent across regions, and the platform lacked visual cohesion. The team needed a modern, accessible, and fully functional LMS that could support eLearning, ILT, and multilingual content while providing an intuitive experience for all users.

  • I redesigned and rebuilt the LMS from the ground up, transforming it into a scalable, user-friendly, and visually cohesive platform. I created mockups for HQ and global teams to guide design decisions and developed all visual assets, including localized graphics for multiple regions. Custom CSS and HTML enhancements were applied to refine navigation, adjust UI elements, and ensure a polished interface. I also built learning plans, catalogs, and an interactive course map, designed custom course thumbnails and color systems, and produced how-to videos to guide learners through ILT enrollment and LMS navigation.

    Every aspect of the platform — from functionality to visual design — was developed under my direction, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and globally accessible learning experience.
